Vendor Cancelation policy

IMPORTANT READ BEFORE PURCHASING: when you pay for your invoice you are agreeing that you understand

and accept the following. Chicago Creative  Fest does not issue refunds on vendor passes. In the event the

festival is cancelled we would roll over your pass to a future festival. If you opt out of the event with or withour

notice, you understand you are forfeiting you pass, if you do not arrive for setup on time, you understand you

are forfeiting you pass. You are completely and wholly responsible for your merchandise and furnishing your

setup, this includes and is not limited to: tent, table, chair, etc. Chicago Creative Fest is not responsible for

damage or theft of any kind during or after event hours to any vendors property at any time including the

effects of adverse weather. Vendor events are an opportunity and not a gurantee. Chicago Creative Fest cannot

predict or guarentee event attendance, vendor financial gain, or any other market outcome. completing

payment gurantees a spot at the event solely. If you are sharing a space with another vendor please notify us

before purchasing your pass as not all inventory is allowed and not all vendors are allowed. You will recieve

purchase confirmation immediately, load in information and a site map prior to the event, please also notate
